We offer free visual inspections and affordable thorough WDO/VA Inspections that will satisfy insurers, brokers, realtors, etc.
Perfect for Property Management Companies! All Inspections include a thorough typed report and pictures conveniently emailed to parties involved. If treatment is required for wood destroying organisms estimates and professional consultation will be performed for free at time of service.
Fumigation
Tent Fumigation for Drywood Termites, Formosan Termites, Old House Borers, Powder Post Beetles and Bed Bugs. Termite contracts include optional annual warranty renewal that can be transferred to new owners. Inspections are included upon renewal.
